Audition Information

 

Come sing with us!

 

Rarely performed because of the immense scope and scale, the Verdi Requiem is unlike any other choral work. We cordially invite singers from the entire Treasure Coast area, including choirs, choral groups, and all people who love to sing. This is an opportunity for many voices to join together in an epic master work requiring more than one hundred singers as well as a professional orchestra. All voice parts are needed. We will use the Schirmer edition, and scores will be available to purchase for $15.00 each, including a rehearsal CD for each voice part.

ALL SINGERS MUST AUDITION.

 

Please call 772-224-7089 to schedule an audition appointment. You may sing one verse of your favorite hymn, or a portion of the Requiem. Please no CD's or tapes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

Performance Attire: Concert black for all; dress footwear. Women, please wear ankle or floor-length black skirts or slacks; no jewelry, please.
